High temperature shield Firesleeve Wrap Fuel Line Hose Wiring Heat protector Glass Fiber Fire Sleeve with Hook & Loop Tape
BST-VFRS Velcro fire sleeve is a perfect solution to protect cables, wires and hoses with very high temperature. It's made by fiberglass sleeve and silicone. This sleeve is a self-extinguishing thermal protection sleeve. Silicone rubber on our fire sleeve sheds molten metals, slag, welding splatter, electrical or grinding sparks and contamination.
This sleeve with the velcro system offers the chance to bundle and install easily different cables and wires.
It offers excellent short term flame protection and great insulation properties for high temperature.
It resist to hydraulic fluids, oils and fuels and can protects against molten splash and flames.
It's mainly used in steelworks, glass and ceramic industry, in railway and some other fields.
We have four different types of Velcro fire sleeves, based on the different construction, Velcro material and dimensions covered.
BST-VFRS-NY, Velcro fire sleeve with Nylon Velcro, more soft than blanket, but it can cover only sizes until 140 mm.
BST-VFRS-NO, Velcro fire sleeve with Nomex Velcro, more soft than blanket, but it can cover only sizes until 140 mm.
BST-FRS-NYB, Velcro fire sleeve with Nylon Velcro made with fire sleeves blanket, more hard, but it can cover bigger sizes, until 305 mm. Standard thickness is 3.2mm.
