This is a premium quality and extra heavy-duty fireblanket, used for a variety of applications in heavy industry and aerospace.
Liquid metal simply bounces off the extra thick coating of high-temperature silicone rubber.
This firesleeve fireblanket is produced in a 40 inch wide roll. It can be easily fabricated into a wide variety of covers such as festoon cable protection covers, EAF cable covers (electric arc furnace cable covers), and other heavy duty protection devices. Grommets, rivits and fasteners with backing washers can be used to easily attach this fabric to enclosures or machinery.
