High temperature resistant Lava Wastegate Heat Shield use same materials of turbo blankets, which also offer high temperature protection.
Wastegate Blankets are designed to help minimize the heat soak transfer between the main body and actuator body of the wastegate. Wastegate Heat Shield Blanket also protect any nearby lines or components from the heat on the main body of the wastegate. Wastegate blankets are a simple solution, which secures tightly in place using the supplied locking wire. Reducing heat soak, increasing exhaust gas flow, and reducing back pressure in the exhaust system.
Wastegate Jackets come in the following sizes:
- 38mm
- 40mm / 45mm
- 50mm
- 60mm

NOTE:
The turbo blanket is not flammable. If any flammable fluids are introduced to it, it maybe get fire.
After the fibers have been heated they lose their initial flexibility. This does not reduce the thermal properties of the blankets.
