Product Description
The high silica fabric is a high-temperature fireproof textile designed primarily for welding blankets, fire curtains, thermal barriers, and heat insulation applications where extreme radiant heat and flame exposure are present.
Manufactured by BSTFLEX, this fabric is produced from high-purity silica sand (quartz-based fibers) and contains a very high silica content, providing excellent thermal stability, low shrinkage, and flame resistance.
Compared with standard fiberglass fabrics, silica fabric offers significantly higher temperature capability, making it suitable for heavy welding, cutting, furnace surroundings, and industrial fire protection.

BST-SIF Silica Fiber cloth a high temperature fabric which is made by 70% +/-5% silica fibers and can almost cover most of industrial demands for temperature resistance, and with pefect tensile strength and abrasion resistant property.
Available with PSA adhesive backed.
It is used for equipment protection, welding curtains and blankets.
Available in standard sizes… or custom fabricated into almost any shape… or supplied in curtain format with factory-installed grommets to your specifications.
Dependable severe heat performance
Suitable for use at 1800°F (982°C), and able to withstand short term exposure up to 3000°F (1650°C), woven silica textile blanket is constructed from a 96% pure SiO2 silica fiber ─ a health-conscious alternative to asbestos and ceramic textiles.
Unmatched abrasion resistance and tensile strength
blankets set the standard for flexibility and minimum lineal shrinkage under high heat conditions. Durability is further enhanced with a proprietary hydrocarbon coating, giving silica blankets unmatched abrasion resistance and tensile strength.

Available in thicknesses of .030″ (.76 mm) and .050″ (1.27 mm). Standard 36″ (915 mm) width. Sold in 150 ft (45 m) rolls, or supplied in custom lengths.

The Company was founded in 2011 in the city of Ningguo City, Anhui Province, in China, about 4 hours from Shanghai.
This city is an important district for auto-parts products, so the natural place to develop our range of products, often related with automotive industry.
The Company had a fast growing in the past 4 years, and now we export our products in over 25 countries around the World, for example in Germany, Japan, USA, Australia, France, Spain, Italy, Brazil, Russia, India, Middle East and so on.
About 80% of our turnover is made in Overseas Market.
We have a wide range of products, mainly for thermal protection in different fields as steelworks, glass, ceramic, railway and automotive industry.
Our key products are: Fire sleeves, we have four versions, called economic, industrial and heavy duty grade, recently we have developed a knitted version of fire sleeve, then we have in our portfolio of products tapes in different material (silica, basalt, carbon, fiberglass, ceramic and so on), fabrics as well in different material (fiberglass, carbon, basalt, silica, ceramic, aramid and so on), ropes for different temperatures and applications.
Developed specially for automotive we have the exhaust wraps, heat shields and turbo blanket.
Our main factory located in Ningguo covers a space of about 4000 Sqm, we have 5 new generation vertical coating line machines to produce our fire sleeves, and we have about 50 workers for production line, warehouse and 5 people in our R&D department.
In the headquarter we produce the fire sleeves, tapes and insulation jackets.
The others products are developed by our R&D team and made through a strong network of partners in China.
