Ceramic Fiber Braided Sleeve is a high temperature protective sleeve designed for thermal insulation and flame protection of hoses, cables, pipes, wires and industrial components exposed to extreme heat environments.
Manufactured from high quality ceramic fiber yarn through advanced braiding technology, this sleeve provides excellent resistance to continuous high temperature, direct flame exposure and radiant heat. The flexible braided structure allows easy installation and adapts to different shapes of hoses and cables while maintaining reliable thermal protection.
Compared with conventional fiberglass sleeves, ceramic fiber braided sleeve offers higher temperature resistance, lower thermal conductivity and better performance in extreme industrial environments. It is widely used for hydraulic hose protection, exhaust system insulation, furnace equipment, foundry operations, welding protection, automotive applications and other high temperature applications.

The Company was founded in 2011 in the city of Ningguo City, Anhui Province, in China, about 4 hours from Shanghai.
This city is an important district for auto-parts products, so the natural place to develop our range of products, often related with automotive industry.
The Company had a fast growing in the past 4 years, and now we export our products in over 25 countries around the World, for example in Germany, Japan, USA, Australia, France, Spain, Italy, Brazil, Russia, India, Middle East and so on.
About 80% of our turnover is made in Overseas Market.
We have a wide range of products, mainly for thermal protection in different fields as steelworks, glass, ceramic, railway and automotive industry.
Our key products are: Fire sleeves, we have four versions, called economic, industrial and heavy duty grade, recently we have developed a knitted version of fire sleeve, then we have in our portfolio of products tapes in different material (silica, basalt, carbon, fiberglass, ceramic and so on), fabrics as well in different material (fiberglass, carbon, basalt, silica, ceramic, aramid and so on), ropes for different temperatures and applications.
Developed specially for automotive we have the exhaust wraps, heat shields and turbo blanket.
Our main factory located in Ningguo covers a space of about 4000 Sqm, we have 5 new generation vertical coating line machines to produce our fire sleeves, and we have about 50 workers for production line, warehouse and 5 people in our R&D department.
In the headquarter we produce the fire sleeves, tapes and insulation jackets.
The others products are developed by our R&D team and made through a strong network of partners in China.
Our turnover in 2014 was about 4.000.000 USD, growing around 30% for year.
